I have been seeing advertisements to remind kids to get outside and play for at least 30 minutes a day. I am surprised that we have to communicate this message to people. I am fortunate to have friends and family who enjoy the outdoors and this last weekend I was able to spend the weekend in Leavenworth, Wa with a bunch of my buddies. We took full advantage of the warm spring weather and were only kept inside (for a limited time) by a cold and the NCAA tournament. Otherwise, we played.
